RESERVATION & PAYMENT

• Please use the reservation form to select the date and time of your tour/journey. 
• You will receive reservation confirmation by SMS/e-mail
• Use online payment for your booking. 
• The payments are processed by licensed payment company Stripe. 
• We do not save your card details.
• You will be send your ticket by email once your payment has arrived successfully. 
• Your ticket will provide you all the tour/journey information.
• Please have your ticket ready in your phone on the day of your tour/journey.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION

• 5% MANIPULATION FEE is non-refundable in case of every cancellation.
  

• FULL REFUND for cancellations more than 7 days before the tour.
• NO REFUND in case you do not show.
• 50% REFUND for cancellations less than 7 days and more than 24 hours before the tour.
• 25% REFUND for cancellations 24 hours to 1 hour before the tour.
• 10% REFUND for cancellations less than 1 hour before the tour.

• Please inform us immediately in case of change by e-mail or the Contact form on our website..
  
• You can ask for changing the date or time of your tour/journey at least one day before the tour.
